Q. What if I fail the Ohio Notary Public Quiz?
Ans: After 30 days, you will have access to re-take the exam one additional time for free.
Q. The Course says it is closed?
Ans: This means you are not logged into the training system. Simply login and you will have access to the course.
Q. The videos aren't playing.
Ans: This happens when your IT department has restricted the viewing of videos. Contact your IT department, or use a non-work computer for this process.
Q. My work purchased this on their Credit Card, who's name should we enter for the account?
Ans: The account name must be the person who is taking this course. If you put any other name in the setup of this, their name will be the name on the certificate.
